Cotswolds Gardens: A taste of Japan
Exclusive to RHS Members only, enjoy a Japanese-themed garden tour in the Heart of the Cotswolds!
In association with world famous garden designer Julian Dowle, we have put together a unique 'two day' event at the Dormy House Hotel, where you will be given a guided tour to one of the UK's largest privately owned Japanese Gardens on Farncombe Estate, and also given some 'pruning' lessons.
"The Japanese garden, which was designed and constructed under Julian's instructions is not open to the public. It is a fantastic, picturesque, gem of a garden which includes hidden rockeries and streams and magnificent views of the surrounding Cotswolds countryside".
Whilst soaking up the fabulous surroundings of the Cotswolds, guests will enjoy four star luxury accommodation the Dormy House Hotel, where you will have the privilege to dine with garden designer Julian Dowle and be treated to a special after dinner talk on numerous topics such as 'East meets West' and his involvement with the RHS. Feel free to also ask him a question or two!
The tour ends with a Japanese themed lunch at the hotel accompanied with Green Tea.
