We work with a variety of British suppliers that supply high-welfare rare-breed meats, responsibly grown grains, vegetables and more, keeping our food rooted in the land around us. No fuss, no gimmicks – just thoughtful, ingredient-led cooking that lets the flavours speak for themselves.
