Book a spa day package at Dormy House. Relax in the bathing room and infinity pool and get back to nature for a true, fire and ice experience in our thermal suite.
Our spa day packages include lunch, dinner or refreshments, plus additional treatments can be added to any of our packages, subject to availability and regular pricing.
Please note that spa days guests will need to pre-book their 60-minute pool and hydro-pool slots in advance, along with gym slots also.

Drift and Dream
Drift away with a 60-minute flotation tank session, two 60-minute slots to use the Spa pool and thermal facilities, followed by a hot drink or juice, with a slice of our delicious cake of the day.
This spa day includes:
- Floatation tank session (60 minutes)
- Two 60-minute slots for the pool and thermal suite
- Complimentary hot drink or juice, with a slice of cake
Rest and regenerate in a 60-minute flotation tank session, where you’ll escape the forces of gravity, relax the muscles and release tension. With the light switched off and with the absence of any sound there is no external stimulus for the brain to focus on. It is then quite natural to slip into a deeply relaxed mental state, typically leading to an enhanced sense of wellbeing and improved physiological functioning.

Proverb 360
A full 360-degree wellness experience with time to relax in the House Spa, lunch and a Proverb treatment.

Wave Touch massage
A truly holistic treatment encompassing the senses. Warm water jets massage the body from head to toe, while you float almost weightlessly on a dry surface. The water’s soothing warmth and gentle power activate deep into the tissues, loosening muscles and relieving tension. A canopy with LED light therapy encourages an increase in collagen production and with regular use can tighten the skin, improve texture and reduce the formation of lines and wrinkles.
