Accessibility Statement

• Rooms 20 and 21: Equipped with grab rails in the bathroom and shower, shower seats or non-slip bath mats upon request, lowered toilet, and raised safe for ease of use.
• Pull cords for alarms in the bathroom that alert reception, with step-free access to the rooms and into the hotel.

Spa and Changing Rooms:

• Accessible changing rooms in House Spa and accessible WC.
• Lift access to the main spa and greenhouse. The pool is an infinity pool accessed via a step ladder, but the thermal suite is step-free.

Parking and Entrance:

• Drop-off point to the left of the building for wheelchair access. Our Reception team can guide you to this point.
• Disabled bays with extra space at the front of the hotel.
• Porter assistance for luggage.
• Step-free access via the side door to the main hotel reception (1 flight of steps otherwise).
• Level entry into The Back Garden via the side entrance.
• Step-free entry to Gents and Ladies WC.
• Accessible WC with step-free access and alarm cords.
• Grab handles in accessible WC.

Ground Floor Rooms:

• Two outside ground floor accessible rooms with level entry.
• All Danish Court and Emily Wing bedrooms are on the ground floor.
• Main House bedrooms are not accessible as there is no lift.

Additional Services:

• Staff trained in disability awareness.
• Allergy-free pillows and duvets available.
• Acceptance of assistance dogs.
• Catering for varied dietary requirements.
• Lifts available upon request with our reception team to any place on the estate.
